US News Zone offers American brands a straightforward proposition: your message beside verified, original U.S. news, in standard formats, clearly labelled, at published terms agreed in writing before anything runs. This page explains our placements, formats, rules and process. It is the complete starting point for advertisers and agencies; final availability and pricing are confirmed in a written insertion order.
Placements and formats
We sell display advertising across the homepage, section fronts, article pages and the video desk. Available positions include an above-masthead leaderboard, in-content placements within articles, and sidebar placements on desktop views, with responsive mobile equivalents. Standard creative sizes include 728×90, 970×250, 300×250, 300×600 and 320×50. Creative must be supplied in web-ready formats, must not imitate our article design or bylines, and is labelled as advertising wherever it appears.
What we accept, and what we do not
We welcome lawful advertising for legitimate products and services, including retail, technology, travel, education, finance from regulated providers, and public-interest campaigns. We do not accept advertising that is deceptive, that promotes unapproved medical or miracle claims, unregulated financial schemes, unlawful products, hate content, or creative designed to trick readers into clicking by imitating news or system warnings. Political advertising, where accepted, must identify its sponsor in the creative. We may decline any advertisement at our discretion, and declining an advertiser never affects our news coverage of that advertiser, in either direction.
Sponsored content
Sponsored material is never disguised as news. Where sponsored content is offered, it carries a clear Sponsored label, a distinct visual treatment, and the sponsor’s name, and it is produced under our accuracy rules. Sponsored content does not receive a Staff Reports byline, is not indexed as news, and its purchase has no effect on independent reporting about the sponsor.
Process and measurement
Every campaign starts with a written brief and insertion order covering placement, dates, formats, pricing and cancellation terms. Campaigns are served and counted by our advertising systems, and advertisers receive delivery reporting at the end of each flight. Billing terms are stated in the insertion order; no campaign begins without written agreement from both sides.
Start here
Use the form on our Contact page, mention advertising, and tell us your brand, your goals, your preferred dates and your formats if you have them. The 24World Media commercial team will respond with current availability and terms. We look forward to earning your business the same way we earn our readers: in the open.
Rates, booking and creative deadlines
Advertising is booked by written insertion order stating the placement, format, flight dates, quantity and total price, and an order is not confirmed until both sides have accepted it in writing. Rates vary by placement and season and are quoted for the specific campaign requested; holding a quote does not reserve inventory until the order is signed. Creative is due in web-ready formats no later than three business days before a flight begins, and campaigns cannot start with creative that has not passed our acceptance review. Late creative moves the start date; it does not compress the review. Cancellations and changes are governed by the terms in the signed insertion order, including any deadlines after which a booked flight is billable.
Brand safety and adjacency
Advertisers may request exclusion of specific content categories at booking, and we will apply reasonable category-level exclusions available in our systems. We do not offer story-level approval, pre-publication review of news, or the ability to prevent coverage of an advertiser or its competitors. Our newsroom does not see advertiser requests, and our commercial team does not preview editorial coverage; the separation is complete in both directions, which is the condition that makes adjacency to our journalism valuable in the first place.
Performance, verification and billing
Campaigns are delivered and counted by our advertising systems, and advertisers receive delivery reporting at the end of each flight showing impressions delivered by placement. Where an independent measurement arrangement is agreed in the insertion order, we will cooperate with it in good faith. Invoices are issued per the order’s terms and are payable on the stated schedule; discrepancies must be raised within fourteen days of a delivery report so records can be checked while they are current.
