There are several ways to reach US News Zone, depending on what you need. This page explains each route, what happens after you write to us, and what to include so we can help you quickly. We read every message that arrives through the form below. We cannot promise an individual reply to every note, but tips, corrections and service enquiries are routed to the right desk the same business day in most cases.
Use the contact form
The fastest way to reach us is the form on this page. Tell us who you are, what your message is about, and how we can reach you if a reply is needed. Messages are stored securely in our contact system and are reviewed by the editorial and commercial teams at 24World Media. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the form; we will never ask you for them there.
News tips
If you have information about a story we should cover, use the form and choose the clearest subject you can. Tell us what happened, where and when, how you know it, and whether documents, photographs or recordings exist. You do not need to give your name to send a tip, but a way to reach you helps us verify details, and verification is what turns a tip into a story. We protect confidential sources as described in our Code of Ethics, and we never publish a tip as fact without independent checking.
Corrections
If you believe something we published is wrong, tell us the headline, the date, the specific claim you are challenging, and what you believe the correct information is, with any source we can check. Correction requests go directly to the desk that published the story and are handled under our Corrections policy, which explains how and where we publish fixes.
Advertising and business
For advertising, syndication and partner services, contact us through the form and mention the Advertise or Services page. A member of the commercial team will reply with formats, availability and written terms. Please note that commercial enquiries are handled separately from the newsroom, and purchasing a service never affects coverage.
Write to us
US News Zone, published by 24World Media, 1411 N Sterling Ave, Palatine, IL 60067. Postal mail is reviewed weekly and is best for formal notices. For anything time-sensitive, the form above is the right route.
A note on privacy
Information you send us through the form is used only to handle your message and is treated under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell contact-form information, and we do not add you to marketing lists because you wrote to us.
What to include in your message
The messages we can act on fastest share four things: a clear subject, the relevant headline or page if your message concerns something we published, the specific fact, name, figure or detail at issue, and any document, link or source we can independently check. For news tips, tell us what happened, where and when it happened, how you know, and whether evidence exists that we could review. For business enquiries, tell us your organization, the service you are interested in, your timeline and the best way to reach the person who can decide. You do not need to format any of this formally; clarity beats ceremony.
Confidentiality and source protection
If you are sharing sensitive information, say so at the start of your message and tell us how you would like to be contacted. We protect confidential sources as described in our Code of Ethics: agreements about anonymity are made before information is relied on and honored afterward, and we store tip material with access limited to the journalists working on the story. No system is perfectly secure, so for highly sensitive material, consider telling us only how to reach you through a channel you control, and let the journalists propose next steps.
Response times and what we cannot do
Correction reports and news tips are routed to the responsible desk and are normally reviewed the same business day. Commercial enquiries are answered by the 24World Media commercial team, normally within two business days. We cannot promise an individual reply to every reader message, provide legal, medical or financial advice, investigate private disputes between readers and third parties, or remove accurate reporting because it is unwelcome to its subject. Where we cannot help, we will try to say so briefly rather than leave a message unanswered in silence.
For newsroom, advertising and general enquiries, write to us at [email protected]. Every enquiry lands in one inbox, whichever outlet you arrived from.
